Chelsey Rosher is a registered social worker who completed her master’s degree in clinical social work mental health practice at the University of Calgary in 2022, specializing in trauma. She has twelve years of experience working with adolescents and families experiencing complex mental health issues in both residential and outpatient settings.

Chelsey practices holistically, believing healing means incorporating mental, physical, emotional, and especially social well-being. In addition, Chelsey draws from a multi-modal theoretical practice, which includes Emotion Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
